At the time of your MSIC appointment you will be required to make payment for your application. The MSIC fee includes all charges payable to AusCheck to complete the required background checks. Payment is to be made by completing the MSIC Payment Form.

Making payment

Payment can be prior to your appointment online using PayWay or by phoning Gladstone Ports Corporation’s (GPC) Security, Induction and MSIC Office on 07 4976 1270.

 

Alternatively, payment can be made at the time of your appointment. Payment methods accepted include credit card (no Amex or Diners Club), EFTPOS, cash or cheque.

Once an application has been submitted for a criminal history check it becomes non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the assessment.
