We host annual community forums in the Gladstone and Bundaberg. These forums are an opportunity to provide an update to the community, as well as take on-board any concerns and identify collaborative approaches towards addressing issues.

Stakeholder feedback

We are continually seeking feedback from stakeholders. We seek public opinion on our performance through an annual Customer Corporate Image Study and biennial Customer and Community Corporate Image Study. These studies provide valuable feedback that informs our consultation and engagement strategies for both our customers and the community.
